The DSP- 4000 Series Exceeds Level III Accuracy
Accuracy is critical to any business and an accurate tester
saves valuable time while delivering confidence in the network
performance that the end user expects. Knowing that DSP-4000
Series field tester exceeds Level III accuracy requirements,
guarantees that it will do its job flawlessly and accurately.
Confusing standards and changing technology makes network
cabling decisions hard enough without asking interpretation
of conflicting vendor information. With testing requirements
like Cat 6 shrinking the margin of error, Fluke Networks can
offer independent verification for added protection when selecting
a tester
With Fluke Networks Active achieves compliance with the
latest standards
The DSP-4000 Series was tested and found to exceed Level
III accuracy limits as specified in the current standards
for Cat 5e and Cat 6 cable certification
The DSP-4000 Series of Digital Cable Analysers is the industry's
first UL verified line of field test instruments to meet the
accuracy requirements contained in TIA/EIA 568-B.2-1 and draft

Powerful, High Definition Diagnostics
Get to PASS faster with instantaneous, precise troubleshooting
diagnostics, the DSP-4000 Series helps quickly identify and
locate opens or breaks, short circuits, and anomalies in the
cabling link under test. One touch of the FAULT-INFO key and
the DSP-4000 Series automatically diagnoses the cabling faults
and graphically displays the cabling link and the location
of the defect. Utilising Enhanced High Definition Time Domain
Crosstalk (HDTDX) and High Definition Time Domain Reflectometry
(HDTDR), the DSP-4000 Series can precisely locate the
position of a crosstalk problem any distance along the link
(in feet or meters) from the tester.
Piece Of Mind!
These
high definition diagnostics make the DSP-4000 Series the industry's
only cable tester to pinpoint sources of crosstalk or return
loss anywhere along an entire link length.
If or whenever any problem happens, Active know exactly how
far & where to go!

Active Network Cabling Test Results with:
Fluke Networks' powerful CableManager Software (DSP-CMS) included
with the DSP-4000 Series Cable Analysers helps quickly organise,
edit, view, print, save, or archive test results by job site,
customer, campus building, and more. You can merge test results
into an existing database and then sort, search and organise
by any number of data fields or parameters. It's completely
secure. Any data uploaded to your computer with this application
ensures that the results you are seeing are accurate. The
software also automatically identifies link names during certification
testing, which saves time and effort in the field.
Flexible reporting capabilities
Fluke Networks' CableManager Software offers several options
for providing test results information to our customers, including:
- Graphical report with colour graphs depicting all of the
measured test parameters over
the full DSP-4300 frequency range from 1 through 350 MHz
- Text format & numeric summary of the test report (worst
case & worst value data points)
- Summary report that provides a list of all the cabling
links tested with a specific key
information elements
CableManager
Software
On completion of testing, test records are uploaded to
Fluke Networks' CableManager for review and reporting. CMS
applications rely on the CableManager software for its specialised
formatting, presentation, graphing, and printing of test results,
making it a module used by CMS applications.
Benefits of an Integrated Approach
Integration of documentation yields significant benefits
